Peach-E Clean, LLC Service Notice (2025)

Service Agreement Conditions:

A Peach-E Clean, LLC service agreement will not be initiated if our representatives arrive on-site for a walkthrough and find any evidence of infestation (e.g., rodents, roaches, bedbugs, fleas, or any other infestation) or hazardous/illegal substances or materials.

Service Termination Conditions:

Any existing service agreement will be terminated if our representatives arrive to perform or are in the process of providing services and encounter any of the following conditions:

1. Utilities that are not on (electric, gas, or heat/cooling sources).

2. No running water.

3. No hot running water.

4. Hazardous substances or materials that are not securely sealed.

5. Evidence of active infestations (e.g., rodents, roaches, bedbugs, fleas, or other pests).

6. Presence of pet fecal matter.

Suspension of Services:

If a Peach-E Clean team is on-site and must suspend services due to any of the above conditions, the following applies:

1. Payment Responsibility: The client will be charged for the greater of either the amount of billable services rendered or the time spent on-site.

Additional Information:

• Peach-E Clean teams do not remove construction materials, heavy items or debris, nor do we relocate or dispose of furniture.

• Our teams will move furniture only to clean behind and under surfaces.
